Anne Gillette
Operations Manager
Anne came to Kala with a lengthy background in sales, marketing, office administration, and performance management. She joined the team in 2021 as the Operations Manager and with her unique view of business she’s helping to drive Kala forward.
Aside from her wealth of experience, Anne brings her quick-wit, contagious smile, and convivial personality. From the first time she walked into the office we knew she’d be a great addition to the team.
Outside of the office, Anne spends as much time as she can with her parents, two daughters, and two precious grandchildren. She’ll happily show you photos of her most recent outdoor activities with her grandchildren - just ask! If she’s not with her family, she’s probably reading and analyzing the most recent book for her book club.
What does generous mean to Anne?
Generous for me means giving fully of yourself in whatever capacity that you’re involved in. Whether it be at work or in your personal life, you give fully. All your gifts, your talents… whatever it is that you’re involved in. It’s authentic for me to give fully.
