Eric Schleicher

Born and raised in Spring Hill, Kansas, Eric Schleicher basically grew up with a hammer in his hand. As the son of a framer, Eric was immersed in the art from an early age—learning the craft, the why behind it, and how to do it right the first time. Over the years, that foundation turned him into one of Kansas City’s top framers, with experience spanning multi-million-dollar custom homes to thoughtful renovations of some of the city’s most iconic residences.

Eric joined Kala in 2023 and has since helped build, and lead, the Kala framing team. As Senior Framer, he brings deep technical knowledge, a sharp eye for detail, and just enough humor to keep even the most complex builds moving smoothly. He’s known for his ability to problem-solve on the fly, collaborate closely with designers and trades, and keep quality at the forefront without losing momentum.
