Tour Missouri's First House to be Passive House Certified

Saturday, July 16 11:00 am & 12:00 pm

2625 Forest Avenue

Join Kala for a presentation and open house at the Beacon Hill High Performance Home. The home is Design Certified by Phius (Passive House Institute US) and is on track to be the first Certified Passive House in the entire state of Missouri upon completion/final verification.

This home solidifies the value in building better from the beginning.

From a custom designed high performance mechanical system, continuous insulation, and airtight construction, to a custom built R-11+ entry door and European uPVC triple pane windows, the Beacon Hill home was meticulously designed and engineered from day one, resulting in a home that is inherently more efficient and sustainable than the “traditional” new home. Efficiency comes as a natural result of taking these things into consideration from the start.

Kala will be giving a presentation at 11:00 am and 12:00 pm. After each presentation, guests are invited to tour the home and ask any questions they may have. If you plan to attend please sign up for a presentation time using the form below.

Space is limited. Register today to secure your spot.
